Okay so you want to purchase a BigBadBag to carry your shiny new large laptop but you don't have a Paypal account.  No problem, you can register with Paypal during the checkout process.

That's okay too, when you get to the checkout, instead of logging in to the Paypal account that you don't have, glance to the left of the log in box and you will see how to proceed if you don't have a Paypal account (highlighted below in red).  Simply click continue and you will be presented with the familiar credit/debit card checkout boxes... no Paypal account required... Simple!
