Orders and Shipping

Orders

At the current time, we process all orders through our secure Paypal checkout facility where you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards and, in some cases, even your bank account to make payment or pay directly from your Paypal account.  If you don't have a Paypal account or do not wish to set up a Paypal account to make your purchase, no problem!  Click here for more info.

Please place your order by making your selection and selecting "Add to Cart".  Once you have done this you will see the number of items in your cart will increase.  Continue shopping or click on the cart icon and select "Checkout".

Shipping

With the exception of European orders, we ship our products throughout the world from our central distribution warehouse just outside Toronto, Canada.  All orders for European customers are shipped from our UK distribution centre near Doncaster, UK.

We offer flat rate shipping through Canada Post and Royal Mail respectively unless otherwise requested (additional charges may apply).

Our rates (all prices in US Dollars unless otherwise noted):

• Canada - $15
• US - $20
• UK - $25
• Europe - $30
• International Select (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Japan, China, India)
  • International Parcel (Surface) - $50
  • Xpresspost - $100
• Rest Of World - $200 or contact us for a quote

We also offer express shipping via UPS and Canada Post where available.  If UPS and/or Canada Post rates are available for your shipping destination, they will show on the "select shipping" page.  Please select the rate and the level of shipping that you require.  We are not responsible for delays from 3rd party shipments howsoever caused.

We aim to ship all purchases within 1 business day of receipit of order.

For our flat rate shipping to North American or European destinations, please allow 1-2 weeks from date of shipment for receipt.  International Xpresspost allow up to 10 business days.  All other shipping locations may take up to 28 days.  Items not in stock will be delivered as soon as they become available, please factor this into shipping estimates. Taxes and Duty

Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are subject GST/HST

BigBadBags (a Division of Can Partner Inc.) is not responsible for any duty, handling charges or other fees levied by third parties. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
