Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from BigBadBags (a Division of Can Partner Inc.) for any reason, you may, within 30 days, return said product to BigBadBags (a Division of Can Partner Inc.) for a full refund of the purchase price less a reasonable administration charge.  For this guarantee to be effective, the product in issue must be received by BigBadBags (a Division of Can Partner Inc.) within 30 days from the date of your receipt of the product and it must be accompany by full written details of your purchase of the product and the reason for your lack of satisfaction.

Returned items should be in the same condition and working order that they were delivered to you in. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

IMPORTANT: When returning product, please ensure that it is clearly marked as a RETURN and with a $0 value.  Failure to do so may result in your refund being reduced by the amount of any customs duties and other import taxes for product being returned back into Canada.
